From the MS-DOS/Command prompt go to the Service Accent folder and type

regsvr32 dllname

Note You will need to know the name of the dll you need to register. Some common ones are:

vw_lic.dll license
vw_imp.dll data import
vw_sage.dll sage export
vw_qbus.dll quickbooks (us) export
