About "Windows NT 4 Server with Windows 2000 clients and Pervasive.SQL 2000 Server"
In this scenario, you may need to log in to the network as Administrator to install Service Accent and the Pervasive.SQL client software. Testing Service Accent while logged in will be successful, but logging in as a user may produce database errors (for example, status 30).

You need to go in to Users and Passwords in Control Panel and set the local user as an administrator. This applies to the local workstation only, not on the network so network security is not compromised
