Run-time error 13

Symptom
This is typically caused by a value in your Service Accent database that is outside the limits expected by Service Accent. For example, a field is able to contain a value up to 999 and Service Accent attempts to store 1000.

Cause
This might be because you imported your data incorrectly, or a software fault failed to correct the error during input.

Solution
Your support provider may ask you for a copy of your database, in which case, instructions should be provided. You will need to email the database to your support provider along with supplemental information as requested.
