Can not find database dll error 532 message when running a report

Running a report returns the message "Can not find database dll (532)"

The report requires a Crystal component that is not currently installed

Either re-install Service Accent or download and install Service Accent Service Pack 2 on all your computers which will upgrade the Crystal Reports components to version 10
