Symptom
When you start Service Accent, you receive an error message making reference to "(Line 0)".

Cause
Service Accent is trying to load its macros and an error occurred during processing. Service Accent attempts to load a file in your AccentDB\Scripts folder called events.scr that contains macros and events, which requires Microsoft VBScripting to run. Either the file is corrupt or one or more of the Microsoft Scripting components is missing.

Solution
  1. If the AccentDB\Scripts\events.scr file is 0 bytes in size, delete the file and request a replacement from your service provider if necessary

  2. Get to the command prompt and type:

    c:
cd \windows\system32 (if running under Windows XP)
cd \winnt\system32 (if running under Windows NT/2000)
    regsvr32 vbscript.dll

You should receive a "succeeded" message. Reload Service Accent and determine if the error message persists or not.
