Unable to email invoices after updating to Windows 10, version 1709 (Fall Creators Update)

When emailing invoices from Service Accent using outlook the emails do not have a recipient address nor do they have the invoice pdf as an attachment
We're investigating the exact cause of the problem however we have found that removing an update to Outlook 2013 will fix this problem.. We will update this page with additional information when it is available.
Please remove the update KB2956170 (an update for Outlook 2013) from affected computers:
The update can be found by running: Settings, and clicking on Update and Security \ Windows Update \Update History \Uninstall Updates.
Select it from the list of updates and click 'uninstall'.
Reboot the affected computer.
